CSR Initiative: Under Career Katta's CSR program, we plan to establish one motor driving school, one food van,and one youth development center in each district of Maharashtra in the coming year. Additionally, 100 pre-recruitment training centers will be set up, and 100 Centers of Excellence will be established according to the planned schedule

Kokan Kanya Food Van Initiative: Under the Career Katta initiative, the Kokan Kanya Food Van project has been launched to promote women's empowerment. Presently, three food vans are operational.

A one-day online workshop on ‘आवाज गुरूजनांचा–देशाच्या भवितव्यासाठी’ was launched in association with ‘Department of Higher Independent Education, Government of Maharashtra’, ‘Maharashtra Information Technology Support Center’ and ‘Voice Clinic, Thane’ and started getting so many positive responses…!!!!! The journey towards the realization of the dream that ‘Voice Care’ should be brought to every teacher in Maharashtra has started! The guidance and support of Hon'ble Mr. Uday Samant, Minister, Ministry of Higher and Technical Education, State of Maharashtra is invaluable in this regard.

Motor Driving School: Under the Career Katta initiative, a vehicle driving training center has been established.Currently, one driving training center is operational.
